Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create (quizzes, flashcards, notes, etc.). By using the Platform, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the service to you.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access

Platform Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Prepsty. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.

User Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights. If you believe content on the Platform violates your intellectual property rights, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.

Free and Paid Services

Prepsty offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers.

Billing and Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

Prepsty is a study aid tool. We make no guarantees about academic performance or exam results. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of study content and should not rely solely on the Platform for their education.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepsty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform.
